By accessing or using RIASTRIP Compare ("the Service"), operated by RIAS TRIP PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Service Description & Offerings
RIASTRIP Compare provides pre-booking comparative analysis for 2 to 3 candidate flight itineraries across 5 core evaluation dimensions: Connection & Transfer Friction, Schedule Strain Indicators, Plausible Additional-Cost Range, Arrival-Day Usability, and Traveler Preference Fit.
- Free Basic Comparison ($0): Core side-by-side comparison, transparent friction assessment, and primary recommendation rationale.
- Full Decision Report ($9 USD One-Time): Unlocks complete itemized cost range ledger with disclosed assumptions, transfer buffer breakdown, preference sensitivity analysis, and downloadable PDF report for that specific comparison. No monthly subscriptions.
3. Deterministic Decision Engine & Limitations
Our evaluations are generated using deterministic rules and explicit, versioned cost heuristics based on user-provided itinerary details. We do not generate synthetic probabilities or fabricated scores. However, our outputs do not constitute medical, financial, or guaranteed travel advice. Flight schedules, baggage policies, gate changes, and delay liabilities remain governed strictly by the operating airline.
4. No Ticketing or Booking Agency Relationship
RIASTRIP Compare is an independent analysis tool and is not an accredited travel agency, airline carrier, or insurance broker. We do not sell airline tickets or collect passenger ticketing fees.
