1. Information We Collect
RIAS TRIP PRIVATE LIMITED collects only the minimum information necessary to execute flight comparisons and deliver purchased reports:
- Pasted itinerary text and flight schedule parameters (flight numbers, airports, dates, times).
- Customer email address provided at checkout or contact desk for transactional receipt and report delivery.
- Transaction status and order reference numbers processed securely via authorized gateway Dodo Payments. We never store or process raw credit card numbers.
2. PII Sanitization & User Warning
Our client application incorporates client-side redaction heuristics designed to mask common passenger names, frequent flyer numbers, and booking references before text submission. However, client-side regex cannot guarantee detection of every unlabeled identifier.
3. Scoped Third-Party AI Processing
When raw itinerary text is submitted, Google Gemini API is utilized strictly for unstructured entity extraction (identifying airport codes, carriers, dates, and times). AI is never used to score, fabricate risk probabilities, or invent travel advice. All comparison evaluations and trade-offs are executed by our versioned deterministic rules engine. We do not sell or monetize traveler input data.
4. Data Retention & Erasure SLA
Comparison records are retained for user reference and report fulfillment. Any user may request permanent deletion of their comparison records and associated email data by emailing info.riastrip@gmail.com. All verified deletion requests are executed within 3 business days.
5. First-Party Analytics & Cookies
We collect minimal first-party funnel telemetry (comparison starts, option counts, paywall views) to assess product usability and conversion. Telemetry payloads are stripped of personal identifiers.
